At this level, you’ll begin to clear energy blocks, strengthen your aura, and cultivate a daily healing practice that nourishes your body, mind, and soul. Purpose: To activate your inner healer, align with Divine Energy, and build a strong foundation in spiritual self-care and energy mastery. What You'll Learn: 1. Introduction to Reiki Explore the origins of Reiki and ancient touch healing, and understand the meaning of Reiki as “Divine Energy.” 2. Energy Bodies & Chakras Learn about nadis (Ida, Pingala, Sushumna), the seven chakras, and the koshas—your energetic layers that hold physical, emotional, and spiritual patterns. 3. Reiki Principles & Invocation Practice the 5 Reiki Principles through daily affirmations and rituals. Learn how to anchor into presence, gratitude, and intention each day. 4. Sacred Symbol – Cho Ku Rei Learn the first Reiki symbol for power, protection, and activation. Discover how to use it for home clearing, food energizing, and amplifying your energy field. 5. Healing Practice Begin using the 24 Reiki hand positions for self-healing. Commit to a 21-day self-treatment protocol to cleanse your system and strengthen your energy flow. Attunement: Receive your first attunement to Divine Reiki energy, opening your channels to give and receive healing energy. This initiation activates your connection to higher spiritual guidance and healing frequencies. Outcome: You will be initiated as a Cosmic Healer, able to confidently practice Reiki for self-healing, energetic balance, and spiritual clarity.
